胃肠道恶性肿瘤术后腹腔内温热化疗灌注的应用

Applicatiion of Intra-abdominal Tepid Chemical Treatment after Surgery for Malignant Tumors Stomach and Intestine

目的:探讨胃肠道恶性肿瘤术后采用腹腔内温热化疗的疗效。方法:选择Ⅱ～Ⅳ期胃肠道恶性肿瘤术后患者60例,32例作为治疗组,采用腹腔内温热化疗+静脉化疗,28例作为对照组,采用常规静脉化疗。结果:治疗组腹腔复发率及转移率明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗组3年及5年的生存率明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:胃肠道恶性肿瘤术后腹腔内温热化疗+静脉化疗,不但能有效降低胃肠道恶性肿瘤术后腹腔复发及转移,而且能提高3年及5年的生存率。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of clinical application of intra-abdominal tepid chemical treatment after surgery for malignant tumors of the stomach of the intestine Methods In 60 patients with Ⅱ～Ⅳ stages of malignant tumors of the stomach and intestine after surgery,32 were selected as the treatment group,to be applied intra-abdominal tepid chemicals with intravenous chemical injection,and the other 28 cases as the control group,applying the routine intravenous chemical injection treatment.Results The recurrence rate in the abdominal cavity and the metastatic rate in the treatment group was obviously lower than those in the control group(P<0.01),and the 3 and 5 year-survival rates were also obviously higher than in the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion The application of intra-abdominal tepid chemical treatment with intravenous chemical injection after surgery for stomach and intestine malignant tumors not only effectively reduces the possibility of abdominal cavity tumor recurrences and metastases but also improves 3 and 5 year-survival rate.
