摘要
目的:探讨砷化镓半导体激光治疗仪促进恶性肿瘤化疗后造血功能恢复的疗效。方法:将化疗后白细胞低于4.0×109/L患者分为试验组和对照组,均采用鲨肝醇、利血生治疗,试验组同时采用砷化镓半导体激光治疗仪对选取穴位进行照射。结果:总有效率试验组为83.3%,对照组为66.7%,P<0.005,差异有显著性。激光治疗组CD34阳性细胞计数升高者为60%(18/30),高于对照组40%(12/30),但两组治疗前后差异无显著性。结论:激光穴位照射可促进血象恢复,治疗化疗后白细胞减少疗效优于西药组,对外周血CD34阳性细胞具有升高趋势。
Objective To explore the effect of Ga-As Semiconductor laser to hematopoiesis in patients with tumor after chemotherapy Methods Sixty patients with leucopenia(WBC<4.0×10~9/L) after chemotherapy were divided into 2 groups:the study group received batilol,leucogen and Ga-As lasesr irradiation to selected points,while the control group received batilol,leucogen but no Ga-As laser irradiation therapy.Results The effective rate were 83.3% in the study group and 66.7% in the control group respectively with significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).The percentage of patients with CD34(+) cell elevated was 60%(18/30) in the study group and 40%(12/30) in control,but no significant statistic difference was found between the data before and after treatment in both groups. Conclusion Ga-As laser irradiation is more effective than batilol and leucogen for the treatment of leucopenia due to chemotherapy,and CD34(+) cells of peripheral blood exhibits a tendency to be elevated in Ga-As laser treatment group.
