氨基胍对大鼠缺血再灌注视网膜超氧化物歧化酶含量的影响

摘要 目的观察氨基胍在大鼠视网膜缺血再灌注损伤模型中对视网膜超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。方法Wistar大鼠54只,随机分为对照组、缺血组和给药组,每组又分为6h,24h,72h组。每组采用大鼠视网膜缺血再灌注模型。眼压升高60min后,腹膜腔内注射氨基胍溶液(给药组)/或等量生理盐水(缺血再灌注组)。测定视网膜组织中SOD、MDA的含量。结果大鼠视网膜缺血再灌注6h时,SOD水平下降(P<0.01),MDA水平升高(P<0.01),此时给药组SOD、MDA水平与对照组相似(P>0.05)。结论氨基胍可能通过对抗氧自由基途径来对抗大鼠视网膜缺血再灌注损伤诱导的细胞凋亡。 Objective To investigate the effect of Aminoguaniding on the levels of superoxide dismutase(SOD), malondialdehyde(MDA). Methods 54 Wistar rats were divided randomly into three groups: unoperational group, is-chemic group and drug-given group, each group is divided into 6 h, 24 h, 72 h. The levels of SOD, MDA were determined by photometry. Results The levels of SOD decreased, that of MDA increased after rat retinal ischemia-reperfusion injury 6 h. Conclusion The apoptosis induced by ischemia-reperfusion injury can be blocked by Amino guaniding that might be through inhibiting synthetizing of iNOS.
