摘要
本文报告用中药扶正升白胶囊治疗多种原因所致的白细胞减少症321例,总有效率为85.66％,与对照组比较疗效差异显著。为探讨不同治则间的疗效对比,将扶正升白方按组方的不同治则,分为5组进行升白疗效对比实验研究,结果证明:本方补肾、化瘀的治则起主要治疗作用;补肾加化瘀及补肾加健脾的治则有协同作用,补肾、化瘀、健脾三法并用协同作用更为显著。
The author observed 321 patients with leukope-nia treated with ' fuzhengshengbai' capsule,the totally effective rate was 85. 66 percent,the difference between capsule group and controlled group (placebo) was obvious,' fuzhengshengbai' capsule was devided into five groups according to different treatmental rales, the results shown that the capsule's main effect was tonifying kidney and removing stasis of blood, and or tonifying kidney and strengthening spleen effected each other, Combining tonifying kidney, removing stasis of blood and strengthening spleen, the curative effects were very obvious-
