摘要
选用去氧胆酸自饮加胃粘膜组织免疫法造成Wistar大鼠慢性萎缩性胃炎病理学改变,观察耗气破气加饥饱失常法所致脾虚和根据“怒伤肝”所致肝郁对大鼠慢性萎缩性胃炎的影响。结果表明:该脾虚能加重大鼠慢性萎缩性胃炎的病变,而该肝郁能缓解其胃的病变。结果提示:病证结合研究中应注意证的多重侧面。
The chronic atrophic gastritis in rats was induced by self--taking of deocycholic acid with the immunization of gastric mucosa. The effects of deficient spleen which was induced by consuming Qi and irregular diet, and the effects of liver stagnation which was induced by making the rat angry, were observed. The results showed that the deficient spleen could aggravate the gastric pathological changes and the liver stagnation could alleviate the pathological changes. The results suggest that the study of combination of disease and Zhen (syndrom) emphasize the multi -sides of syndrome.
