党参治疗心气虚型冠心病的临床及实验研究

本文对党参治疗冠心病心绞痛的作用机理进行了多学科、多层次的探讨。结果证明党参具有缓解冠心病心绞痛、改善心肌供血、减少缺血总负荷的作用;党参可增强左心室功能,抑制血小板聚集,促进PGI_2的合成;党参能够明显改善心肌的能量代谢,提高糖元、SDH、LDH含量;党参尚可明显提高外周血OKT_4的数量,从而调节机体的免疫系统活动。由此提示党参对冠心病的治疗作用是多方面的,存在很大优势,尤宜于心气虚型冠心病。

The article approched the mechanisrm of CAC treated with Dangshen from many aspects. The results showed that Dangshen could relive angina pec-toris, improve the myocardial blood circulation, de-creas ischemic states strengthened the function of left ventricle,inhabited the platelet aggregation, promoted the Synthesis of PGI; improved the rnyocar-dial energy metabolism, increased the contents of glycogen, SDH and LDH, increased obviously the number of periphery OKT4,to regulate the function of immune system. All these showed that the mechanism of CAC treated with Dangsken was from many aspects.
