介入注射胶原酶治疗腰椎间盘突出复发症

Study on Treatment of Lumber Disc Herniation Recurrence Post Operation through Inteventional Collagenase

目的探讨LDH术后复发的原因及再次治疗的最佳方法。方法采用二次手术(A)组与介入注射胶原酶(B)组,运用回顾性分析,并进行了对比研究,根据Prolo腰椎术后评定标准,对全部病例(43例)进行了随访。结果A组21例中,8～10分16例,6～7分3例,小于5分2例;B组22例中,8～10分15例,6～7分4例,小于5分3例。经统计学分析两种治疗方法其疗效差别无显著性。结论LDH术后复发的原因是多方面的,其治疗方法很多,介入注射胶原酶也是一种行之有效的治疗方法。

Objective To investigate the reasons of lumber disk herniated(LDH) recurrent after operation and try to find the best way for treatment. Methods Operate on group A for a second time, give group B interventional injection of collagenase,carry on retrospective analysis and contrast the study,follow up all the cases(43cases) according to Prolo's criteria. Results Among 21 cases in group A ,16 cases gained 8~10 scores, 3 cases gained 6~7 scores, 2 cases gained less than 5 scores,while among the 22 cases in group B ,15 cases gained 8~10 Scores,4 cases gained 6~7 scores,3 cases less than 5 scores,no significant difference between group A and group B was found through statistic analysis .Conclusion There are many causes for the recurrence of lumber disc herniation, many methods could be used to treat it, to give interventional injection of collagenase is the most effective methods.
