糖尿病肾病患者血清胱抑素C水平的研究

Study on the serum cystatin C level in patients with diabetic ne phropathy

目的探讨血清胱抑素C(CysC)在糖尿病肾病中的变化及意义。方法采用终点散射比浊法测定46例糖尿病肾病患者的血清CysC,常规生化测定血肌酐(sCr),同时以40例健康体检者为对照组。结果糖尿病肾病患者的血清CysC水平较健康对照组明显升高(P<0.05),且CysC与sCr呈显著正相关(r=0.492,P<0.05)。结论血清CysC水平的检测有助于肾小球滤过功能的评估,是反映糖尿病肾病患者早期肾损害的良好指标。

Objective To investigate the significanc e of serum cystatin C(CysC) in patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods The serum levels of CysC have been detected in fixe d-time nephelomet ric immunoassay and compared with 40 healthy controls,serum creatinine(sCr) in r outine biochemistry assay.Results The serum levels of CysC in diab etic nephropathy were significantly higher than that of healthy group.The serum levels of CysC were correlated with sCr.Conclusion The measuremen t of CysC is helpful in the valuation of glomerular filtration function.It is co nsidered that CysC is a good serological index for early diagnosis of renal dama ge.
