更昔洛韦联合大剂量丙种球蛋白治疗婴儿巨细胞病毒肝炎疗效观察

The effect of Gancicolovir and high dose IVIG in treatment of infant with cytomegalovirus hepatitis

目的观察更昔洛韦联合大剂量丙种球蛋白治疗婴儿巨细胞病毒(CMV)肝炎的疗效。方法将65例婴儿CMV肝炎患儿随机分成对照组30例与治疗组35例,均给予一般保肝利胆治疗,治疗组加用更昔洛韦和大剂量丙种球蛋白治疗。结果治疗组与对照组黄疸消退时间、肝功能恢复和CMVDNA转阴率均有显著差异(P<0.01)。治疗组的治愈率和有效率为51.4%和85.7%,对照组分别为6.7%和36.7%,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论更昔洛韦联合大剂量丙种球蛋白治疗婴儿CMV肝炎疗效显著、安全,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To estimate the adjuvant treatment of infant cy tomegalovirus hepatitis with Ganciclovir and high dose IVIG. Methods Sixty-five patients were randomly divided into two groups.Thirty-five patients of treatment group were given Ganciolovir and high dose IVIG,besides synthetic treatment.Thirty of control group were given synthetic treatment. Results The changes of TBIL and ALT and the negative rate in trea tment group were superior to that in control group(P<0.01).Th e cure rate and efficient rate of treatment group were 51.4% and 85.7%,of the control group were 6.7% and 36.7%,respetively.There was a significant statis tical differences between the two groups (P<0.01).Con clusion This method is efficient and safety,deservet clinical expansi ve application.
