中药穴位注射治疗高血压性肾损害临床观察

Clinical observation on acupoint-injection of Chinese drugs for treatment of hypertensive renal lesion

目的 :对比中药穴位注射与口服西药治疗高血压性肾损害的临床疗效。方法 :将 5 7例患者随机分为两组 ,治疗组 30例采用鱼腥草注射液、丹参注射液穴位注射治疗 ,穴取肾俞、足三里 ;对照组 2 7例采用口服心痛定治疗 ,观察疗效并进行比较。 结果 :治疗组显效率 4 6 7%、总有效率86 7% ,明显高于对照组的 2 2 2 %和 5 1 8%。经比较两组间差异具有显著性或非常显著性意义(P <0 0 5 ,P <0 0 1) ;两组治疗后 2 4小时尿蛋白定量、尿 β2 微球蛋白 (尿 β2 MG)、尿N 乙酰 β D氨基葡萄糖苷酶 (NAG)比较 ,差异均具有非常显著性意义 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :中药穴位注射治疗组疗效优于心痛定对照组 ,并具有保护肾功能的作用。

Objective To compare therapeutic effects of acupoint injection of Chinese drug and oral administration of western medicine on hypertensive renal lesion. Methods Fifty seven cases were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group of 30 cases were treated by injection of Yuxingcao injectio and Danshen injectio into Shenshu (BL 23) and Zusanli (ST 36), and the control group of 27 cases by nifepine. Their therapeutic effects were compared. Results The markedly effective rate of 46 7% and the total effective rate of 86 7% in the treatment group were significantly higher than 22 2% and 51 8% in the control group ( P <0 05, P <0 01). There were significant differences in 24h urinary protein, urinary β 2 microglobulin (β 2 MG) and N acetyl β D glucosaminidase (NAG) after treatment between the two groups ( P <0 01). Conclusion The therapeutic effect of acupoint injection of Chinese drugs is better than that of nifepine and it has protective action on renal function.
