摘要
在对黑龙江省制造业信息化发展历程和现状研究的基础上,通过问卷、典型企业调查和专家会议等形式,对黑龙江省制造业实施信息化所需要的人才进行分析,研究结果表明黑龙江省制造业信息化主要需要以下四个方面的人才:管理人才、高技术人才、复合型人才和实施人才,并提出相应对策。
B ased on questionnaires, investigations in some typical enterprises and information from conferences, this paper analyzed the current situation of informationalization in manufacturing industry in Heilongjiang province and pointed out that the most important issue is a lack of professionals engaged in information work in manufacturing industry. Particularly personnel with the following skills are highly demanded: management, high tech, complex skills.
