变应性鼻炎鼻粘膜上皮淋巴细胞亚群CD_4和CD_8检测分析

Investigation on Etiology of Abnormal Ratio of CD_4/CD_8 Cells in Allergic Nasal Mucosal Epithelium

用免疫组化方法检测鼻粘膜上皮中的淋巴细胞ＣＤ＿４和ＣＤ＿８，发现组胺刺激大鼠鼻粘膜连续４周后可引起上皮层ＣＤ＿４细胞增多，ＣＤ＿８细胞减少。经组胺Ｈ＿２受体桔抗剂（西米替丁）滴鼻４周，显著异常的变应性鼻炎鼻粘膜上皮中ＣＤ＿４和ＣＤ＿８细胞比例趋向正常，并伴有鼻分泌物中螨特异性ＩｇＥ抗体量减少。

The lymphocytes of nasal mucosal epithelium were separated and the phenotype num-ber of CD_3, CD_4 and CD_8 cells were identified with immunohistochemical staining under light micro- scope. The number was increased significantly in CD_4 cells and decreased in CD_8 cells of rats’ nasal epithelium after stimulation with histamine, Abnormal ratio of CD_4 and CD_8 cells in the allergic nasal epithelium tended to be normal after treatment with H_2 antagonist. The results of our investigation demonstrated that histamine might cause the number of CD_4 and CD_8 cells into disorder in allergic nasal mucosal epithelium and the H_2 antagonist may be useful in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.
