摘要
介绍了红外图像处理技术在钢坯识别和定尺切割中的应用,提出了利用红外成像技术检测钢坯温度,用于调整冷却控制系统。并引入图像处理的模糊数学算法,结合可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)强大的控制功能,完成连铸生产过程的各种自动控制功能。
The application of the infrared image manipulation in identifying the billet and billet cut is introduced. The temperature measurement for the billet is advanced based on infrared image manipulation, which is used to adjust the secondary cooling system. Combining the fuzzy math with programmable logic controller (PLC), the functions of the auto-control for the casting process are realized.
