Implementing Reliability Projects in China's Oil Enterprises: Reflections and Countermeasures

从石油企业生产自身特点入手,阐述了实施可靠性工程的必要性和迫切性,针对当前石油企业实施可靠性工程存在的问题,从提高人的可靠性、可持续发展理论、应用6σ理念和技术等6个方面提出了实施可靠性工程的思路及对策。

In light of the characteristics of oil enterprises, a discussion is made of the necessity and urgency of implementing reliability projects. In view of the problems found in the present implementation of reliability projects in China's oil enterprises, some ideas and countermeasures for implementing reliability projects are suggested in terms of increasing human reliability, applying the theories of sustainable development, and adopting 6σ principle and technology.
