湖南省城市和山区长寿老人体质对比分析

A comparative study of the physical constitution of long-lived people in cities and mountainous areas

采用随机对照方法对长沙市区和湖南省边远山区长寿老人（３４４名）及６０～６９岁老年人（２５６名）的身高、指距、体重、胸围、腹围、胸围指数、体重指数和体质指数测定并对比分析。两地区长寿组各值均较６０～６９岁组降低（Ｐ＜０．０５或ｏ．０１），６０～６９岁组城市测定值均高于山区（Ｐ＜０．０５或０．０１），长寿组城市和山区各测定值差别基本消失（Ｐ＞０．０５）。就城市和山区老年人衰老进度的差异、长寿者的体质特点和地区差异问题进行了讨论。

Abstract This paper is a report of a study of the old people aged over 90 years(344 persons)in Changsha city and remote mountainous areas of Hunan province.The results were compared with those of control of subjects aged 60-69 years (256 persons).The way of projecting the study,preparing the investigating forms and randomizing these old people into groups was described in detail.The following items were included in the study:body weight and height, finger distance,chest and abdomen circumference as well as the indices of chest circumference, body weight and physical constitution.The measurement was done with unified standard and the results in different groups were compared.All the values in the long lived groups both in the city and mountainous areas were lower than those in the control groups with age of 60-69 years(P<0.05-0.01).In the two control groups with age of 60-69 years,all the values in the city dwellers were higher than those in the mountaineers(P<0.05or0.01).However,in the long lived groups,there was no difference.of all the values between the city dwellers and mountaineers.According to the above data,the authors are of the opinion that there was apparent difference in the process of aging and characteristics of physical constitution between the old people in the city andremote mountainous areas.
