我国行政法治的现状分析及对策研究

The Status Quo’s Analysis and Countermeasures for Chinese Administrative Law

自改革开放特别是党的十五大以来,我国的行政法治建设取得了辉煌的成就,政府部门的法治意识和依法行政水平有了极大的提高,但这相对于依法治国的要求还存在一定的差距。因此,从行政立法、行政执法、行政法制监督三个层面对我国行政法治的现状进行分析,并对其存在的问题采取相应的完善措施,是“依法治国,建设社会主义法治国家”的必然要求。

Chinese Administrative Law has been perfected since the reform and opening to the outside world. The law awareness and the administration level has greatly improved, but there is still a gap. The paper analyses the status quo from such aspects as legislation,law enforcement and law supervision. We should take measures to solve the problems in order to build our country into a legal state.
