摘要
本文采用OKT系列McAb检测了15例恶性淋巴瘤患者输注人胚胸腺细胞前后的T淋巴细胞亚群的分布.结果表明输注后,OKT_3^+,OKT_4^+细胞较前有显著提高,OKT_8^+细胞显著降低,OKT_4^+/OKT_8^+比值亦有显著提高,小淋巴细胞总数变化与OKT_3^+亚群的变化相一致,IgG也较前有所增加.这些变化,输注1个半月后较半月者更为显著.经肿瘤治疗,骨髓当处受抑状态,可将输注视为细胞移植范畴.胸腺内的早期T细胞可重组在受体胸腺组织内,实现免疫重建,纠正与Ts细胞分化有关的免疫抑制.
Monoclonal antibodies of OKT series were used in the assessment of T-cell subsets in 15 patients with malignant lymphoma before and after human fetal thymocytes were transfused. The result showed that OKT3+ , OKT4+ cells increased and OKT8+ cells declined markedly while the ratio of OKT4+ /OKT8+ posttransfusion was significantly higher than that of antetransfusion and that the total number of small lymphocytes remained unchanged. The IgG content increased a little bit following transfusion. All the above changes became more significant one and half months afterwards than they were half a month aftertransfusion. .
