新型钙调素拮抗剂EBB抗人脑胶质瘤细胞增殖作用的研究

Effect of a New Calmodulin Antagonist EBB on the Proliferation of Human Astrocytoma Cells

本文报告采用生长曲线、集落形成试验及蛋白含量测定方法,观察新型钙调素拮抗剂EBB的抗人脑胶质瘤细胞增殖作用.结果表明,EBB对体外培养的人脑胶质瘤细胞有明显的生长抑制作用.

The effect of a new calmodulin antagonist EBB on the proliferation of human astrocytoma ceils hasbeen observed by cell growth curve,colony formation assay and determination of protein content. The results of the present study show that EBB has an obvious growth inhibition effect on the human astrocytoma cells cultured in vitro. Less tumor growth,focus forming and protein content were found in the study group.
