战略性工作建模思想的演变及其开发应用机制

摘要由于传统的工作分析和基于胜任力的工作分析存在的局限,战略性工作建模开始为人们所关注。文章介绍了传统工作分析和基于胜任力工作分析的特点和局限,着重阐述了战略性工作建模的思想内涵、特征并举实例介绍了战略性工作建模的开发程序,最后文章提出其应用问题。
