摘要
我院外科1981年9月至1986年12月共行胃癌选择性R_3手术168例,对其中74例行第16组淋巴结的清除.第16组淋巴结的转移率为17.6％,转移度为8.4％.肿瘤侵犯浆膜者第16组淋巴结转移显著高于未侵犯浆膜者.清除第16组淋巴结病例该组淋巴结是否转移3年生存率无显著差异.本文对清除第16组淋巴结的必要性、清除范围、适应症及注意事项进行了探讨.
One hundred and sixty-eight patients with gastric cancer underwent R3 type radical gastrectomy inwhich the No. 16 group of gastric regional lymphnodes were removed in 74 patients during a period 1981 to 1986. The rate of group 16 lymphnodes involvement was 17. 6%. No significant difference was noted between patients with and without No. 16 lymphnodes metastasis in terms of 3-year survival rate.The necessity,indication and the range of the group 16 lymphnodes dissection were also discussed in this paper.
