From mathematics phylogeny and the angle of dialectic logic thinking this paper deals with counter-example teaching which plays an important part in calculus teaching on one hand it is favorable for students to understand the conditions in the mathematical theorems and to know the preciseness of mathematics. On the other hand it is helpful to the development of the dialectic logic thinking ability of the students.
