摘要
网络环境对图书馆的读者服务内容、服务手段、服务模式等都带来了变化。随着读者在网络环境下对信息的多样化、个性化需求,图书馆要优化管理模式,实现藏、借、阅、咨一体化;转变馆员角色,加强对图书馆管理人员的综合素质训练;针对读者不同需求,加强导读工作,提供个性化服务等,从而提高服务水平。
With the development of network, the service for library readers has changed in serving contents, serving means and serving mode etc. Because of diversification and individuation of readers' demands, the library should optimize management mode, realize integrity of storing, borrowing, reading and consulting. The practical ways to improve the serving level are to change the role of clerks, to strengthen training for managers of library, to enhance the reading guide so as to provide individual service.
