摘要
本文通过对聚碳酸酯的力学特性分析,认为可采用聚碳酸酯模拟中碳钢的镦粗过程。对45~#钢的镦粗过程进行了模拟,提出了符合实际的应变计算公式。
In this paper, polycarbonate is proposed as a material for simulating the upsetting process of middle carbon steel after analysis of its mechanical properties. Then, polycarbonate is used to simulate the upsetting of 45~# steel. At last, strain calculation formulas which fully match the actual situation are proposed.
