摘要
应用酸性磷酸酯酶(ACP)和双肽氨基肽酶IV(DAPIV)细胞化学方法观察了人集落刺激因子(CSF)对LA795肺腺癌荷瘤小鼠外周血T,T_H淋巴细胞数和T_H/T_S比值的影响.结果表明,CSF能明显抑制荷瘤小鼠外周血T,T_H细胞绝对数的降低;注射CSF5天后,植瘤+CSF组(治疗组)T,T_H细胞数降低的幅度明显低于植瘤对照组,至16天治疗组T,T_H细胞数分别比对照组升高约39%和40%;进一步实验表明,CSF能在一定程度上调整机体免疫T细胞比例,改善免疫功能;给CSF第10天,治疗组T_H/T_S比值明显高于对照组,基本接近植瘤前水平.
Effects of human colony-stimulating factor(CSF)on peripheral T,TH lymphocytes and ratio of TH to Ts in mice transplanted with lung adenocarcinoma were determined by cytochemical methods of acid phosphatase(ACP)and dipeptidylaminopeptidase IV(DAP IV). The results indicated that after injection of CSF,decline of peripheral T,TH cells in tumor mice could be inhibited significantly and impairment of the lymphocytes was alleviated. Further experiment showed that after injection of CSF the proportion of peripheral T lymphocyte suopopulations in tumor bearing mice might be regulated to some extent and immunological function of tumor bearing mice was improved.
