Treatment of Hepato-biliary Tumors Using Microwave Surgery

本文总结采用植入式微波肝脏治疗仪治疗肝胆肿瘤41例.施行微波固化肝切除39例,微波固化旷置8例,微波固化止血1例,效果满意,并发症少、着重讨论了微波治疗肝胆肿瘤的各种方法及特点.

This paper describes the clinical experience of microwave surgery in the management of liver and gallbladder cancers with satisfactory results. Overall there were 39 cases of hepatectomy done by means of microwave. Another 8 cases of unresectable tumor were treated with microwave coagnlation, in another patient with spontaneous rupture of liver carcinoma microwave coagulation hemostasis was accomplished successfully. Complications directly attributable to microwave surgery were modest : 2 of bile leakage from resection surface, 1 death from acute hepatic failure,2 of infradi-aphragm infection and 2 of wound disruption.
