摘要
地理标志是一项重要知识产权,具有显著的经济意义和价值。本文从分析地理标志的概念和意义入手,针对我国目前实际使用中存在的诸多问题,剖析其症结所在,指出其主要原因在于保护角度的多元化,致使地理标志在名称上、管理主体等方面模糊混乱,相互冲突。因此,笔者建议从规范地理标志的名称、健全管理体制、完善相关立法等角度进行完善。
Geographical indications are an important intellectual property right, it has remarkable economic meaning and value. At present, a great deal of questions exist in our country while using actually, the main reason lies in marking the theoretical research to geography indications insufficiently, relevant legislation and management system is imperfect. So it is necessary for us to further perfect geographical indications.
