济南假单胞菌细胞壁组分抗瘤作用的实验研究

The Experimental Studies on Anti-cancer Effect of Pseudomonas Jinanensis Cell Wall

济南假单胞菌细胞壁组分(PJ—CW)是从微生物新菌种济南假单胞菌中提取的细胞壁组分.本文对PJ—CW的体内外抗瘤作用作了初步研究,并以短小棒状杆菌菌苗(CP)作为阳性对照.结果显示,PJ—CW对肿瘤细胞系EL_4和L_(929)细胞有一定的抑制作用,且浓度与抑制程度呈正比,PJ—CW5mg/kg和10mg/kg两种剂量分别延长荷瘤鼠生存期54.1％和73.7％,PJ—CW10mg/kg的抑瘤率为51％,与生理盐水对照组相比均具有显著性差异.本研究为PJ—CW的临床应用提供了理论根据.

Pscudcmonas Jiananensis Cell Wall(PJ-CW)is a product extracted from Pseudomonas Jinanensis. The author claim that this is the first report on the PJ-CW which possesses significant anti-cancer effect in vitro and vito of PJ-CW. This study demonstrated that : (l)the PJ-CW had some inhibitory effect on tumor cell lines EL4 and L929; (2)the PJ-CW increased the life span of tumor-bearing mice to 54. 1 % (5mg/kg) and 73. 7 %( 10mg/kg ) respectively, and 86. 8% by anticancer bacterial product Corynebacterium parvum(CP). The inhibition rate of PJ-CW on solid H22 tumor was 51 % .while that of CP was 64%. This study provides a sound basis for further clinical utilization.
