复发性肝癌再次肝切除的效果

Resection of Primary Liver Cancer Recurrence

在392例次肝癌切除中,19例为复发性肝癌作再次肝切除.第1次至第2次肝切除的间隔时间平均为35月.作第2次肝切除的肿瘤平均5cm.切除术的类型有剔出术4例,1肝段切除8例,2肝段切除7例.复发性肝癌再次术后生存5年以上4例,最长14年健在.已知死亡6例,其生存平均11个月,表明再次肝切除可提高复发性肝癌的生存期.

Of 392 hepatectomies for primary liver carcinoma, 19 patients underwent secondary hepatic resection for recurrence. The duration between the first and second hepatectomies was 4 to 152 months (median 35 months). All the 19 patients were males. The largest tumor at the time of the second hepatectomy was 5cm in diameter. Six cases had multi-lesions but limited in the same liver segment. Four patients underwent local resection.8 underwent 1 segment excision and 7 cases 2-segments removal. Four patients are alive more than 5 years after secondary hepatectomy with the longest survival of 14 years,and,9 cases were alive 3 to 52 months postoperatively in addition to 6 patients died after second hepatectomy with a median survival of 11 months. This result showed that recurrent liver cancer could be reoperated with improved the survival.
