现代发展观是在西方工业文明基础上形成的发展观。这种发展观在本性上是不可持续的。由于商品经济超越了需要和使用价值,因而虽然它具有较高的经济效率,但却是以挥霍资源和污染环境为代价的。"背离自然"是现代发展观和市场经济的基本特征。

It is from western industry civilization that modern development view comes into being. Therefore, this kind of development view is not continuable in essentiality. Though marketing economy has high economic effectiveness, it also wastes too much resource and pollutes environment badly, for it overruns our need and the use value of commodity. That is, erring from nature is the basic character of modern development view and marketing economy.
