摘要 用1640培养基,对中国蛤蜊(Mactra chinensis)的鳃和外套膜组织进行了原代培养。实验结果表明,在温度26-27℃、pH7.4、培养基中不添加小牛血清的条件下,中国蛤蜊的组织能正常生长。鳃组织培养24小时后即有游离细胞从组织块迁移出来,最长培养时间可持续至第12天;外套膜组织培养48小时后即出现游离细胞,最长培养时间可持续至第14天。 The gill and mantle tissues of clam Mactra chinensis were primary cultured in vitro with Medium 1640.The results indicated that the tissues of Mactra chinensis could normally growth at the temperature 26 - 27℃,pH 7.4 and absence of calf serum in the medium.The dissociation cells of gill were appeared from the gill tissue block on the after 24 hours of the cultivation,the most lasting times of cultivation could continue to 12th day.The dissociation cells of mantle were appeared from the mantle tissue block on the after 48 hours of the cultivation,the most lasting times of cultivation could continue to 14th day.
