The Significance of Various Parameters in the Diagnosis of Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma and in Evaluation of Cellular Activity

６５例非何杰金氏淋巴瘤进行了ＤＮＡ含量、Ｓ期细胞百分率（％Ｓ）、Ａｇ－ＮＯＲｓ和形态学观察多项参数的综合分析，结果表明ＤＮＡ含量、％Ｓ和Ａｇ－ＮＯＲｓ的值明显高于正常淋巴对照（Ｐ＜０．０１）。ＮＨＬ非整倍体占６９％，高于文献报告的４０％－５０％。二倍体肿瘤１５例（２３％）。各项参数值在高度恶性和中度恶性组明显高于低度恶性组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。％Ｓ和Ａｇ－ＮＯＲｓ呈正相关（直线相关回归分析ｒ＝０．

Sixty five cases of non-Hodgkin' s lymphoma (NHL) were studied with respect to the DNA content,the percentage of S phase cells(%S) ,Ag-NORs and morphologic observation. Analytic results demonstrated that DNA content,%S and Ag-NORs were distinctly higher than the control group(P<0. 01). Aneuploid of NHL was 69%(45/65), higher than that in the literature (40%-50%). All parameters were higher in the high and intermediate grade malignancy than in the lower grade(P<0. 01). %S and Ag-NORs were positively related to and reflected the cellular activity (r = 0. 307 P<0. 05).Multiparametric analysis is necessary in the diagnosis of doubtful cases. The diagnosis can be established if two of the parameters are elevated. Pathologic morphology is still of importance in the NHL diagnosis.
