摘要
文章探讨了不同频率的超声波对织物染色性能的影响,并把超声波染色与常规染色进行了对比分析。试验表明,超声波对织物有明显的促染作用,能够提高织物的染色速率和上染率,超声波频率为28kHz时织物染色上染率最高。
The effect of applying different frequency ultrasonic on fabrics was discussed. The comparing experiments with and without ultrasonic demonstrate that ultrasonic can not only increase dying speed, but also increase the dye-uptake for fabrics. The best ultrasonic frequency for dying cotton fabrics is 28 kHz .
