脉压变异性与冠状动脉病变程度的相关性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察患者脉压变异性(PPV)与冠状动脉病变程度的相关性。方法搜集我院行冠状动脉造影的患者158例,根据冠状动脉造影结果分为两组:冠状动脉狭窄组68例,其中合并高血压病38例,血压正常者30例。冠状动脉狭窄组中以冠状动脉狭窄支数分为3个组。分析各组的脉压变异性与冠状动脉狭窄程度的相关性。结果冠状动脉狭窄组PPV显著高于非冠状动脉狭窄组(P<0.01)。多因素Logistic回归分析表明PPV是冠状动脉狭窄发生发展的独立危险因素。结论PPV越大,冠状动脉狭窄程度的越重。提示PPV是影响冠状动脉狭窄程度的独立危险因素。 Objective To investigate the relation of the pulse pressure variability(PPV) and severity of coronary artery di- sease.Methods One hundred and fifty-eight patients underwent coronary angiography were enrolled. All the subjects were divided into two groups, one group is the patients with coronay artery disease(CAD), another group is those without CAD. PPV at entry into the study was measured by ambulatory pressure monitoring. Among the group of CAD,there were thirty-eight untreated primary hypertensive patients. These CAD patients were divided into three groups according to the seventy of coronary artery stenosis. The relations between PPV and the severity of coronary artery stenosis were analyzed among these groups. Results PPV levels were significantly higher in patients with CAD than those without CAD. Multiple regression analysis indicated that PPV were independent risk factors for CAD and for the severity of coronary artery stenosis. Conclusion The increased pulse pressure variability is associated with increase the severity of CAD. These results suggest that PPV may be an important risk factors for CAD. PPV might be one of the predictors of severity of CAD.
