摘要
根据矩阵变换器主电路换流的要求,阐述了应用半自然两步换流策略的合理性和可行性,利用CPLD器件代替分立器件设计了与换流相关的电路,并给出了相关波形。分析表明,半自然两步换流策略消除了对主电路可能造成的危害,在实际系统中起到了良好的效果。最后讨论了与换流有关的几个问题,得到了影响该换流策略的5个主要因素。
According to the commutation requirement of MC, the rationality and effectivity of the semi natural two steps commutation is set forth in this paper. And then, a controlling module is designed using CPLD instead of discrete components and the correlative waves is exhibited. The result shows that semi natural two steps commutation can eliminate the harm to the main circuit. Finally several issues about the commutation are discussed, and five main factors that affect the communation strategy is concluded.
