摘要
根据速度瞬心概念,介绍了摆动平底从动件凸轮机构凸轮廓线设计和刀具加工轨迹生成的图解法原理,以及在AutoCAD基础上如何实现该设计的CAD动画方法和步骤,其原理简单、绘图精确、效率高,可以供有关工程技术人员参考和应用。
According to conception of instantaneous velocity, this paper introduced the principle of a new graphic method for designing cam profile curve and calculating cutter center track of disk cam with oscillating flat-face follower,and described a CAD animation progress about how to realize it by AutoCAD software.Principle is simple and construction is accuracy and high efficient.It can be used as a reference for those working in mechanical engineering.
