摘要
以LD1100—I型挤出机组为例,介绍了农用地膜机组的设备改造。对主机、模具、传动辊、传动链轮的改进作了对比分析,对原设备存在的缺陷进行了剖析,经改进后的设备卷取速度由80m/min提高到150m/min,产量提高40%以上。文章还对以后的进一步改进作了探讨。
Taking LD1100-I squeezing unit as an example,the transformation ofmulch film unit is explained .Main engine,mould pattern,transmission roller and chain gearale improved and compared with the originals,whosedefects ale thus exposed.The transformed unit has improved its winding speed from 80 meters per minute to 150 meters per minute,40% of the output being improved.Besides,the further transformation is a lso discussed.
