According to the environment of document publish and the characteristic of document acquisition in libraries, this article discussed the advantage and disadvantage of bidding of document order, and put forward that bidding of document order is developing direction, but libraries should be fully prepared for it. At the same time, the author suggested some countermeasures to ensure it.
