Some New Studies on Knowledge Management

知识经济的到来,使得知识管理成为人们密切关注的问题和研究的热点。文章正是针对这一现状,在总结认识前人对知识管理理解的基础上,从知识管理的含义入手,创造性地提出了自己对知识管理涵义和内容的理解,并进而从工作过程和工作内容两个角度详细地论述了对知识管理内容的理解。

With the advent of the era of knowledge economy, knowledge management has been a subject of discussion. Based on summarizing the previous understanding of knowledge management, this paper begins with the meaning of knowledge management. Then the author creatively suggests the new ideas of knowledge management, and further details the content of it from two angles: working process and working contents.
