摘要
知识管理是适应信息化、网络化和知识经济时代激烈竞争的环境而出现的一种新型管理理念与管理模式。文章对信息咨询机构在设计知识管理体系结构时,局部创新力量如何积累、如何传递到应用中、如何在应用中再创新、如何形成良性循环等几个方面进行初步探讨。
Knowledge management is a novel management idea and model, which appears with the extensively competitive environment of information technology and networking technology at the age of knowledge economics. In this paper, we investigated how local innovation forces could be accumulated and transferred into the real applications, and how the forces could be re-innovated and circulated virtuously when information consulting organizations design the systems of knowledge management.
