摘要
为了解决排气管工作状态下因螺栓松动导致排气管漏气的问题,利用螺栓分析系统来测定螺栓扭矩-轴力关系及表面摩擦性能,并且通过对国内外不同材质的螺栓及垫片的试验结果分析,获得了最佳柴油机排气管螺栓的联接方案。
In order to solve the problem of exhaust pipe leak-off in working state caused by bolt loosing,using boltanalysis system,the relationship between torsion and axial force and the surface friction performance of bolts were determined,domestic and foreign bolts and gasket made of different materials were tested and analyzed.As a result an optimum diesel engine exhaust pipe bolt coupling method was obtained.
