摘要
对脉冲式气体渗碳技术进行了研究和应用,并对其机理进行了分析。通过将工件在炉内渗碳时的碳势设定为波段脉冲式,可增强工件表面对活性碳原子的物理和化学吸附作用,提高碳原子扩散系数和扩散速度,提高工件的渗碳速度,改善渗层的碳浓度梯度,使渗层碳浓度变得平缓,淬火后获得良好的硬度梯度和金相组织,提高产品的内在质量和使用寿命。
Pulse gas carburizing technology was studied and its mechanism was analyzed in the paper.Pulse carbon potential in gas atmosphere was set,as a result,physical and chemical absorption speed was increased in the surface of a part as well as the diffusion coefficient and diffusion velocity of carbon activity in the workpiece can be increased.Thus,the speed of carburizing can be increased,flat carbon concentration gradient can be obtained,good hardness and metallographic structures can be found,and the quality and life of the part can be improved.
