摘要
为了提高发动机的效率和扭矩、改善发动机的性能,针对CA4GE发动机研究、设计、开发了发动机塑料进气歧管。采用先进的计算机技术进行分析、计算及设计;采用摩擦振动焊接技术,完成了发动机塑料进气歧管的制造,同时完成了塑料进气歧管的产品性能、台架、道路等一系列试验及在发动机生产流水线上的批量试装。
In order to improve engine efficiency and torque as well as the engine performance,plastic intake manifold was developed for CA4GE engine.Advanced CAD/CAE/CAM technology and frictional vibration welding process were employed to complete the manufacturing of engine plastic intake manifold.The performance test,bench test and road test of plastic intake manifold was examined and the mass trial assembly in engine production line was completed.
