摘要
利用水提醇沉法从沙棘叶和沙棘果皮中提取多糖,再经初步纯化后,采用琼脂平板扩散法进行抑菌试验。结果表明,沙棘多糖对大肠杆菌、四叠菌等有一定的抑制作用。
