摘要
通过论述北京、广州、上海3个城市地铁安全管理的现状,指出保证城市轨道交通系统安全的根本出路在于建立现代企业安全管理体系;以信息系统为基础,旨在对安全生产进行事前、事中、事后控制,并对该体系的结构和内容进行分析和讨论。
The present situation of metro safety management in urban metro systems in Beijing, Guangzhou and Shanghai is introduced and it is concluded that the fundamental way to guarantee the urban rail transit system safety is to build modern enterprise safety management system based on information system. The safety management system aims at the safety control before the in the event, and after the event. The structure and contents of the system are analyzed and discussed.
