A Discussion on Community Correction

社区矫正作为一种刑罚的执行方式代表了犯罪人处遇的发展趋势,是对中国特色刑罚制度的改革和完善。本文从社区矫正在我国适用的意义和目前在我国适用的现状及其原因分析入手,对完善我国的社区矫正制度提出了几点建议。希望能对社区矫正在我国的顺利开展有所促进。

Community correction is used as the way the punishment carries out,which represents the trend of treatment of the criminals, reforms and improves Chinese Punishment system with Chinese characteristics. This essay narrates community correction system from such three aspects as its theoretical evidence and the condition which develops in the foreign countries, its appropriate status quo and its prospective in China. Meanwhile,it depends on the experiments that make more people informed and attached much importance to community correction.
