目前,中西部高校人才的流失,已成为困扰西部大开发的心头之患,也严重制约着中西部经济的发展,本文拟就中西部高校人才流失的内外部原因进行分析,以期从中发现规律,探求其解决对策。

Now in universities,talent drain in the mid-western regions has been a big problem in the Western Development,which also obstacles local economic growth seriously. This thesis is just a study on this issue,and it tries to find the causes and countermeasures.
