摘要
本文从人力资源管理的战略准备入手,对目前高校图书馆人力资源的状况以及专业人才需求与开发进行了深入分析,并重点阐述了高校图书馆实施人力资源管理的战略策略。
Started from the preparation stage of human resource management,the paper analyzes the present condition of human resource in college libraries and the need for professionals. It also elaborates on the strategies of human resource management in college libraries.
