供应链技术强调供应链上各实体及其活动的整体集成,本文对供应链的协调机制进行了系统的论述,在对供应链失调的原因、阻碍供应链协调的因素以及协调机制对供应链运营造成的影响进行分析的基础上,介绍了各种供应链的协调机制,并对协调供应链的策略方法进行了简要的阐述。

The supply chain technology emphasis the integration of every entity and their activity, this paper gives a systematic study of supply chain coordination mechanisms, which isn't found in other literature. Firstly, it gives a detail analysis of the reasons that supply chain loses balance and prevents supply chain from coordination, and the effect of the imbalance on supply chain's operational performance. Then a few coordination mechanisms are discussed. Finally, it briefly introduces the methods to coordinating supply chain.
