云南紫荆的核型分析

Karyotype Analysis of Cercis Yunnanensis Hu Et Cheng

采用常规根尖压片方法对云南紫荆进行了染色体数目统计及核型分析,结果表明:云南紫荆的染色体数目为:2n=2x=32,核型公式为:K(2n)=32=30m+2sm,核型类型为“1A”,染色体臂指数NF值=64,核不对称系数为As.K%=56.18%.

The chromosome number of the Cercis yunnanensis Hu et cheng was counted by root tip squash method and the karyotype were analyzed. The result shows that the number of the Cercis yunnanensis Hu et cheng was 2n=2x=32,the karyotype formula based on Cercis yunnanensis Hu et cheng was K(2n)=32= 30m+2sm,which belong to '1 A' type of Stebbins karyotypic symmetry, and NF=64,As.K%=56.18%.
