摘要
本实验观察了枸杞子多糖与^(60)Co头部照射及卡氮介(BCNU)合用对脑荷G422瘤小鼠生存期和脾脏T淋巴细胞增殖的影响,结果显示:三者合用不仅能产生明显的协同抑瘤作用,而且可明显改善荷瘤鼠的细胞免疫功能.
On a brain G422 tumor-bearing mouse model, therapeutic effect of lycium barbarum polysaccharides combined with cranial irradiation of 60Co and BC-NUwas studied. It was shown that the combination treatment not only increased life span of the mice significantly, but also improved the murine cellular immune function as well.
